WEST POINT, N.Y. - Army sophomore goalkeeper Winston Boldt earned a plethora of weekly awards on Monday following his seven-save performance in the Black Knights 3-0 victory over Air Force in the season opener last Saturday night.

It marked the second career blanking for Boldt, who was named to's Team of the Week. The second-year goalkeeper was also selected for Army Athletic Association Athlete of the Week honors and was named the Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week.

Boldt becomes the first Army player to ever earn Team of the Week plaudits. The website is recognized as the preeminent college soccer website.

Boldt turned aside all seven shots he faced, including several attempts from close range.

Army returns to action later today (Aug. 27) when the Black Knights travel to South Orange, N.J., to battle BIG EAST rival Seton Hall at 7 p.m.
