WEST POINT, N.Y. - For the first time, fans will have the opportunity to choose what color sweater the Army hockey team wears.
Based solely on vote totals, Army will don either its white, gray or gold sweaters for the Saturday, Feb. 18 contest against American International.
The traditional home white jersey features the Army "A" on the front while the gold sweaters have one of Army's third logos on the front. The gray sweaters, new this season, feature West Point across the chest.
Fans are encouraged to like the Army Athletics Facebook page at Army Black Knights and then make their choice.
A photo gallery is now posted on the official Army Athletics Facebook page showing captains Mike Hull and Marcel Alvarez and alternative captain Alex McRae in each of the jerseys.
Fans can vote until 9 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16 when the winning selection will be announced.
Army has just four home games remaining. In addition to this weekend's games against Holy Cross AIC (Feb. 18) and Sacred Heart on Feb. 25 to celebrate Senior Night, will visit Tate Rink.
