How To Follow Army vs. Temple
WEST POINT, N.Y. - Good afternoon Army football fans, and welcome to this today's live blog from Michie Stadium!
My name is Tracy Nelson, and I'm back once again this week to bring you today's blog, which will be my last installment until the highly anticipated Army-Navy showdown on Dec. 8 from Philadelphia. The live portion of today's blog will begin approximately 15 minutes prior to kickoff in the Coverit Live window below.
It's been a nice week around post with both basketball teams and the hockey team picking up wins over the last 48 hours. Head coach Rich Ellerson's Black Knights look to keep up the winning trend as they host Temple this afternoon at a chilly Michie Stadium.
Army is 2-8 this season, while Temple enters the contest with a 3-6 mark. Prior to today's contest, the Black Knights will honor the Army football Class of 2013 and their families as a part of Senior Day festivities.
As I begin today's blog, it's about three hours prior to a noon kickoff. The sun is shining, but temperatures have continued to drop over the last week or so. With today's high predicted to be around 50 degrees, it's bound to feel much colder than that as we get things rolling here in the Hudson Valley.
Just a reminder - for fans wishing to watch today's game, your best bet is on CBS Sports Network, which will carry all seven home games this season. For more ways to follow along, click on the link at the top of this page.
