SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The Ninth Annual San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl, Army's primary bowl affiliation for the 2013 season, has been scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 26 at 9:30 p.m. ET. The game will be played at Qualcomm Stadium and televised nationally on ESPN.
Should Army become bowl eligible, it would face a team from the Mountain West Conference.
The Black Knights are 3-2 all-time in postseason play, winning the 1984 Cherry Bowl, the 1985 Peach Bowl and the 2010 Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl. Army has never appeared in the Poinsettia Bowl.

Army opens the season at Michie Stadium on Friday, Aug. 30 versus Morgan State.
Full season, three-game mini plan and group tickets are on sale now for all five of the 2013 home games. Season ticket packages start as low as $105 for the "Spirit Zone" section located in the northwest and southwest corners of Michie Stadium. A sideline season ticket is priced at $170, and West Point faculty and staff seats are $145.
With the flexible three game mini plans, fans can choose to purchase any three of the five home games at a discount. Mini plan packages range from $80-$100, depending on which games are selected.
In addition to a discount for purchasing 20-or-more tickets, Army also offers a sales representative for the seamless organization of group outings. Individual game tickets for Army’s five-game home football schedule will go on sale Wednesday, April 24 beginning at 10 a.m. Army opens their schedule with three home games in their first four outings. After the home opener, the Black Knights welcome defending Rose Bowl champion Stanford (Sept. 14), Wake Forest (Sept. 21), Eastern Michigan (Oct. 12) and Western Kentucky (Nov. 9). All four games are scheduled to kick off at 12 p.m.
Tickets for the Morgan State game are priced at $30, while the contests versus Wake Forest and Western Kentucky are $35 each. Admission to the Stanford and Eastern Michigan games is $39 per ticket.
