► Army returns home for the first time since Nov. 16 when it hosts Marist on Tuesday night. The Black Knights have played five of their first six games away from West Point, including their last three outings. Army won its home debut, defeating Binghamton, 85-76.
► The Black Knights stay at home is just a brief stopover. Army will play its next two games on the road — at Penn State and NJIT.
► Army is coming off a 70-59 loss at Bryant. It marks the first time this season that the team has lost back-to-back games. The Black Knights shot less than 40 percent for the game and were just 6-for-26 from three-point range against the Bulldogs.
► Senior forward Ella Ellis
was Army’s only double-digit scorer last Saturday with 16 points. Ellis has reached double figures in all six games this season and has topped the Black Knights’ scoring ledger in five of the first six games. He is averaging a team-high 19.3 points per game.
► Ellis has continued his ascent up the Army record lists. His 1,152 points ranks 20th all-time at West Point, just four points shy of taking sole possession of 19th place. Ellis’s 135 career three-pointers are the sixth most in Academy history. Alex Morris occupies the fifth position with 167 triples.
► Freshman Kyle Wilson
is Army’s second-leading scorer at 12.3 points per contest. He has scored at least seven points in all six of his collegiate games, including four double-digit outings. Wilson has already been named the Patriot League Rookie of the Week twice this season. He is the first plebe to win the honor in consecutive weeks since the 2000-01 season. Wilson leads the team (min. 10 att.) with a 44.4 three-point percentage (8-18).
► Wilson is far from the only rookie contributor. Eight of the 14 players that have seen floor time this season are plebes. Army has played at least seven freshmen in all six games. Dylan Cox
and Tanner Plomb
have started all six games. Cox leads the Black Knights in assists.
► Army is trying to find its three-point accuracy. In its 3-1 start, the Black Knights shot 32.7 percent from deep, but in its last two losses, they are hitting just 24.0 percent (12-50). A WIN OVER MARIST WOULD …
► End Army’s mini two-game losing streak.
► Be the Black Knights’ sixth straight home win over a non-conference opponent.
► Snap the Red Foxes’ six-game winning streak in the series.
► Improve Army’s record to 8-4 in their last 12 non-conference games.
► Be Army’s fourth straight win against opponents from New York.
► Push Army’s home record to 2-0- this season.
► Mark head coach Zach Spiker’s 41st win at West Point (40-55; fourth season).ARMY PROBABLE STARTERS

► Chuck Martin is in his fifth season in on the Red Foxes’ sideline. Before taking over the reigns of the Marist program, Martin was an assistant coach at Memphis, helping the Tigers to the national championship game in 2008. He also has coached at St. John’s, Drexel, Massachusetts and Manhattan.
► The Red Foxes have opened their season with a challenging slate that has included games against West Virginia, Vanderbilt and Clemson. Marist’s two victories have come against Columbia, who recently defeated Villanova, and the Commodores. The Red Foxes have been idle since a 59-44 loss to Clemson on Nov. 25 in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
► Devin Price is the team’s leading scorer at 12.5 points per game. He is the only member of the squad averaging in double figures. As a team, the Red Foxes are scoring 53.7 points per contest. The Marist defense is allowing only 62.5 points per contest.

► Army is averaging 73.2 points through the first six games. The Black Knights have not averaged 70-or-more points in a season since the 2000-01 team scored 72.0 points per contest.
► Army’s chances for success increase dramatically when scoring at least 70 points. The Black Knights own a record of 34-17 in the last 51 games when scoring at least 70 points. Army is 181-37 (.830) all-time when scoring at least 80 in a game.
