BETHLEHEM, PA. -  Army cross country ran to a pair of fourth-place finishes at the Patriot League Championships on Saturday in snowy conditions at Lehigh's Goodman Course. The Black Knight men tallied 94 points, while the women collected 111. Navy swept both men's and women's team titles for the first time since 2008.

Women's senior captain Chelsea Prahl garnered first team All-Patriot League honors after running to a sixth-place finish, completing the 6K course in 22:39.20. The recognition is the second in Prahl's career after being named to the first team in 2008 with her seventh-place finish. Saturday's team-leading time was the fourth of the season for Prahl.

Junior Marcie Nordt was the Black Knights' runner-up, finishing 13th of 84 to be named to the All-Patriot League second team for the second straight year. Nordt finished in 22:48.00. Sophomores Liz O'Donnell (31st, 23:33.10) and Katie Collins (33rd, 23:37.00) and junior Mary Prakel (34th, 23:38.80) rounded out Army's top five.

Navy's Jess Palacio won the individual title, completing the snowy course in a time of 21:56.10.

On the men's side, junior Dan Jester had his best race of the season, leading the Black Knights with a 14th-place finish, completing the 8K in 25:38.00. Jester earned All-Patriot League honors for the first time in his career, garnering second-team recognition.

Sophomore Ricardo Galindo narrowly missed All-Patriot League accolades by placing 16th of 81 with a time of 25:40.30. Senior Barrette LeHardy finished 20th in 25:42.60, while junior James Hodgen (21st, 25:45.50) and senior Mike Mitchell (23rd, 25:50.00) rounded out Army's top five.

Colgate's Christopher Johnson won the individual title, breaking the tape at 24:53.90.

The fourth-place finishes are the second for both the Army men and women, as the men earned fourth in 2006 and the women in 2008. Both lost one spot from a year ago after a pair of third-place finishes.

Army's next meet is Nov. 12 when the Black Knights travel to Buffalo, N.Y., for the NCAA Regional Championships.
