2013: Competed in four meetsin hisjunior season ... opened 2013 as the Black Knights' 13th finisher at the 5KArmy Open (16:24.00) ... followed that up as the team's eighth finisher at Cornell with a five mile time of 27:02.0 ... finished 22nd against Navy with an 8K time of 26:20.73 ... wrapped up the season as the team's ninth finisher at the Patriot League Championships, running the course in 27:10.20 ... named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for the third consecutive year.

2012: Ran in the first four races of the season ... began the year by placing 10th overall in the Army Open on Aug. 31 ... finished 26th of 44 in tri-meet against Binghamton and Cornell on Sept. 7 ... was Army's No. 8 finisher for the second consecutive meet when he finished 65th overall at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 15) ... concluded the year at the Paul Short Run ... placed 278th of 332 with an 8K time of 26:58 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011: Competed in four races during his first season at West Point ... finished 23rd overall (87) in his first collegiate race - the Army Open on Sept. 2 ... ran the 5-mile course at the tri-meet against Cornell and Binghamton in 29:07.7 ... competed next at the 8K Iona Meet of Champions ... finished 167th of 222 with the 12th-best Army time of 28:30.39 ... concluded the year at the Paul Short Run in the Open Division ... placed 164th of 452 with an 8K time of 27:58.

High School: Three-time All-Bergen County honoree while at Bergen County Academies ... honorable mention in 2008, third team in 2009 and 2010 ... first team NNJIL in 2008 ... first team NJTCC in 2009 ... first team Big North Conference in 2010 ... earned second-team All-Bergen honors in the 1,600m during the 2010 track season ... two-time MVP ... honor roll member ...
