2005: Ran the 800m and 1,500m during the outdoor season ... won the 800m three times and placed second in the discipline at the IC4A Championships ... posted victory in the 1,500m four times and finished runner-up on two other occasions ... claimed an impressive sweep of the events versus Navy ... won gold in both the 800m (1 minute, 51.18 seconds) and the 1,500m (3:55.37) ... established a new personal-best clocking in the 800m (1:48.85) at the IC4As ... picked up first-place ribbons in the 800m at the Dick Shea Open (1:54.96) and the Sam Howell Invitational (1:50.25) ... added first-place showings in the 1,500m at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (3:53.78), the Dick Shea Open (3:51.52) and the Indiana Relays (3:46.07) ... placed second in the event at the New York Relays (3:46.81) ... earned second team all-Patriot League status with runner-up effort (3:45.93) ... ran the mile indoors ... first race of the season netted a silver medal versus Navy (4:13.24) ... won the discipline at the NYU Fast Times Meet (4:06.36) ... placed second at IC4As with personal-best clocking of 4:04.97.

2004: One of Army's top distance specialists ... had a superb indoor campaign ... won the mile event five times and finished in the top four every time he raced ... won the Patriot League title in the discipline, clocking a time of 4:09.99 ... took first place at IC4A Championships (4:11.60) ... was second versus Navy (4:08.59) ... competed almost exclusively in the 1,500-meter event during the outdoor season ... won the 1,500m four times ... placed first at the Hurricane Invitational (3:54.54), Dick Shea Open (3:51.39) and Georgia Invitational (3:46.83) all within a three-week period ... was second at Patriot League Championships (3:47.98) ... picked up fourth victory of the campaign at the IC4A Championships ... set personal best at NCAA Regionals (3:45.15).

2003: Had an outstanding indoor season ... ran 12 races across three events (800m, mile, 3,000m) and placed in the first three positions 10 times ... finished second at the IC4A Championships in the 800m in a season-best time of 1:50.91 ... won the mile in a triangular meet against Yale and Cornell ... placed second at the Patriot League Indoor Championships in a time of 4:11.72 ... won twice during indoor campaign in the 3,000 including a Patriot League title in 8:27.67 ... equally successful during outdoor season ... ran 14 races in the 800m, 1,500m and 5,000m ... placed within the top-three 11 times ... won four races including two in the 800m ... best time in the 1,500m came at the IC4A Championships (3:45.75) ... time ranks as fifth-best in Army history ... won 5,000m in first race of season (15:06.60) ... lowered that time to a season-best 14:19.84 at the Penn Relays ... time ranks eighth-best in Academy history.
