Assistant Director/Athletic Communications
Harrison Antognioni enters his second year at West Point, serving as an Assistant Director of Athletic Communications. Antognioni is the primary contact for the Army women's basketball, men's soccer and women's lacrosse teams, while also assisting with football statistics.
Prior to the 2014-15 academic year, Antognioni also worked as the media relations contact for sprint football, men's tennis and wrestling. He served as an Athletic Communications Assistant for one year before being promoted to Assistant Director in the summer of 2014.
Antognioni arrived at West Point after working as an Athletic Communications Intern at St. Michael's College in Colchester, Vt., during the 2012-13 academic year. While at St. Michael's, Antognioni assisted with all publicity and media relations duties for the college's 21 sports, including the nationally ranked men's lacrosse team.
Prior to this role, he worked as a student assistant in the athletic communications office during all four years as an undergraduate at St. Michael's, earning the George "Doc" Jacobs Award for outstanding contributions to the athletic department as a senior. Antognioni graduated from St. Michael's with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies in 2012.
Antognioni's previous communications experience includes work at the Burlington Free Press during the spring of 2012, and with the Green Mountain Rock Crushers, a first-year professional ice hockey team, in the summer of 2011.
A native of Bennington, Vt., Antognioni currently resides in Highland Falls, N.Y.
