Assistant Athletic Trainer
Ian Baldwin joined the Army Athletic Association in 2009 and works with the football team as an athletic trainer.
Baldwin helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the football athletic training room, develops and executes rehabilitation programs for injuries and surgeries, while working closely with coaches, doctors, officer representatives and strength staff.
In addition to football, Baldwin has also worked closely with Army's baseball program.
A graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor's in nutrition and fitness, Baldwin began his tenure as a student athletic trainer with Missouri's baseball, football, men's basketball, track and field, wrestling, gymnastics and swimming diving squad.
Baldwin served a clinical rotation at Rutgers University working with the men's soccer and men's lacrosse program.
He earned his master's degree in athletic training from Seton Hall and served as a Clinical Instructor at the University.
Baldwin is a BOC certified athletic trainer and American Red Cross CPR & AED certified for the Professional Rescuer.
He resides in Cornwall, N.Y.
